Job summary

Lift RF seeks a Fitness Manager to lead our Personal Training sales, drive revenue, and build client conversions on the gym floor. You’ll conduct Welcome Workouts, present PT packages, and guide members to the right program while meeting monthly sales targets and supporting trainers under regional leadership.

You’ll be the face of our PT department, selling, building relationships, and advancing members through the right fitness journey with strong follow-up and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or similar strongly preferred.
• Comfortable presenting pricing and overcoming objections.
• Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Organized, disciplined follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality Welcome Workouts for new members.
• Hit required pacing: 70% booked / 50% show / 30% closed.
• Present PT packages confidently and professionally.
• Recommend dotFIT supplementation during every consultation.
• Track all appointments and outcomes in Club OS / ABC.
