D1 Training is a growing athletic-based fitness brand seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator in Spring, TX. You will excel at outbound outreach, appointment setting, and building relationships to drive memberships.

You will contact 50 leads daily, coordinate in-person consultations with the coaching team, and track outcomes in the CRM. This role offers performance-based advancement within a sales-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
• Able to handle high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact 50 leads daily via phone, text, and email to set consultations
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from ads and campaigns
• Follow up with prospects to keep appointments scheduled and attended
• Schedule in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
