Job summary

Gold's Gym of the Carolinas and Florida seeks a Fitness Sales Manager to lead the Personal Training team, drive sales growth, and elevate member engagement on the gym floor. You will mentor trainers, manage schedules, and ensure top-tier client experiences in a fast-paced club environment.

The role emphasizes accountability, measurable results, and leadership presence, with opportunities for advancement across our expanding Gold's Gym network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NPTI, etc.) preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification (current) required.
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience and minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Personal Training team.
• Drive all aspects of personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion.
• Conduct fitness assessments, onboarding sessions, and sales presentations.
• Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing trainers.
• Manage schedules, session bookings, and department operations.
• Track team performance metrics - sales, session volume, retention, and engagement.
• Foster an elite culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous education.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute major club events and initiatives.
• Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to build member relationships and visibility.

Requirements
