THIS IS NOT an entry-level position. This "Fitness General Manager" should have the ability to step in & sell high ticket training packages and manage a 7+ figure business independently. This role is designed for an already highly proficient General Manager with fitness industry experience who is prepared to step into a leadership role immediately.

Key Skills Required For Position:
- SALES: You should be able to walk in on day 1 & close over 50% of the leads you meet with.
- LEADERSHIP: You should be the first one in and the last one out. You should be able to hold weekly 1-on-1 meetings, weekly staff meetings, hold staff accountable, and lead your team to business growth.
- FINANCE: You need to have the ability to manage the facility P&L with assistance and oversight from leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Daily appointment setting, shows, and prescriptive selling of high ticket personal training and memberships.
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company.
- Facilitate staff meetings each week covering key data points with their team & moving the needle forward.
- Meet with facility owners weekly to discuss lead generation and sales metrics.
- Accountable in financial meetings to an annual budget.
- Provide a world-class experience to every person who walks in the door.

Additional Duties:
- Assisting with check-ins.
- Setting up new memberships in the POS system.
- Collecting and processing payments.
- Providing front desk sales and information.
- Assisting with special events.
- Managing retail sales.
Ensure Accurate Financial Transactions:
Maintain daily/weekly statistical and financial reports. Maintain retail inventory to ensure adequate stock and prevent shrinkage.
Special Skills/Tools/Competencies/Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Experience in dealing directly with clients and providing a positive client experience.
- Effective time management and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail with critical thinking skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree.
- 3+ years of high ticket sales and management.
- Knowledge of gym and retail operations.
- Positive and energetic personality.
- Manager who will be the first one in & the last one to leave.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation Structure: Salary + Profit Share + Bonus Potential
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year [OTE $130,000]
Bonus: Incentive structure based on facility performance
