Job summary

Workout Anytime in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Personal Trainer Sales Leader to grow the Personal Training department through consultative sales, member interactions, and leadership. You will conduct Success Sessions, recommend and sell programs, and build your client base while delivering outstanding member experiences that drive retention and revenue.

A PT certification and sales experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals
• Build and manage your own training client base
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue
