The role collaborates with professional staff, schedules facilities, manages budgets, analyzes data, and supports Exercise is Medicine programs, staff training, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of related full-time experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications or ability to obtain within three months.
• Group exercise and/or personal training certification or equivalent by NCCA.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans and implements events, programs, meetings and activities in Fitness Programs.
• Hire, supervise and train student staff; delegate work and evaluate performance.
• Produce accurate reports and analyze financial information for planning and control.
• Coordinate Exercise is Medicine program support for participants and interns.
• Assist with marketing, promotions, risk management, and budget oversight.
