Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a Program Manager I - Fitness to lead a dynamic wellness program at our client site in Durham, NC. The role combines leadership, programming, and member engagement in a facility offering 24-hour access, studio spaces, personal training, a recreation center, and a scenic trail.

You will oversee operations, develop strategic plans, ensure contract compliance, hire and train staff, and analyze outcomes to demonstrate program value and success.

Qualifications

Experience leading on-site fitness and wellness programs.
Proven ability to manage staff and coach team.
Strong focus on member engagement and customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the onsite fitness program.
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client goals.
Ensure contract compliance and service excellence.
Hire, train, coach staff and cultivate a high-performance team.
Analyze program outcomes and prepare value reports.
Lead group fitness classes and provide fitness leadership.
Maintain welcoming environment with active floor supervision.
Manage annual strategic business plans and budgets.
