24 Hour Fitness Honolulu is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive member enrollment, and promote fitness and retail offerings. The role emphasizes relationship-building, upselling memberships, and achieving sales goals within a busy club environment.

You will work with the Sales team to onboard new members, engage current members, and participate in local promotions while upholding brand standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness/retail industry.
• Ability to work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class guest and member experience.
• Enroll guests and onboard new members.
