Get Fit Indy in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-energy membership team, drive targets, and deliver an outstanding customer journey.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing, and partner with marketing and front-desk teams to grow our local fitness community. This role offers base salary plus uncapped commission and ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership in fitness/hospitality/retail preferred.
• Goal-driven and capable of exceeding targets and motivating others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with natural charisma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-energy team of membership advisors to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute monthly strategies to meet gym membership and revenue goals.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, including tours and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members to drive retention and results.
• Track KPIs, conversion, and retention to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, fitness, and front-desk teams to support campaigns and customer journeys.
• Promote the brand at community events and through digital outreach to elevate presence.
