Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in the United States is seeking a friendly front-desk champion to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and recommend personalized solutions to help members achieve progress, membership retention, and overall satisfaction.

As the first face they meet, you’ll deliver a warm, informative, and inclusive experience, handle inquiries, and support onboarding while maintaining a clean, safe gym environment

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
Strong service mindset and goal-oriented.
Ability to build genuine relationships with members and guests.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey.
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members with appropriate resources.
Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for all.
Provide a warm, informative, and inclusive guest experience to motivate next steps.
