Qualifications

• NCCA PT certification or related degree.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Experience in personal training and sales.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong English communication skills; multilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Revenue targets: meet monthly personal training revenue targets.
• Conduct fitness assessments daily with prospective clients.
• Maintain all sales expectations and drive referrals.
• Evaluate training sessions and create action plans.
• Recruit and supervise personal trainers to ensure staffing.
• Train clients up to 10 hours per week.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and member relationships.
• Schedule PT staff and SGPT sessions per YouFit standards.
• Participate in management meetings and support gym culture.
