Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, train, and develop fitness & personal training team members.
• Drive Personal Training Revenue and member growth.
• Schedule team coverage and manage payroll budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance and conduct reviews.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintenance of fitness areas.
