The role emphasizes building a high-performing PT team, coordinating with the VP of Fitness, and meeting monthly revenue objectives through coaching and client programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: recruit, hire, train and develop coaches and potential leaders.
• Club administration: manage revenue and service goals, conduct meetings, ensure compliance.
• Sell and conduct personal training with members: drive private training revenue, track programs.
