EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated and customer-focused leader for the Manager in Training (MIT) role. This program will help you develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to lead and manage in the fitness environment. While this role will not have direct reports, it will prepare you for leadership responsibilities. The MIT will work closely with the Regional Manager, District Manager, and Gym Managers, influencing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), but as this role is not assigned to a specific gym location during the program, the MIT will not be accountable for monthly KPIs. The role is developmental, not eligible for management bonuses but allows commissions for assignments. Duties may vary based on gym management's needs.
