Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) at Orangetheory Fitness. The ASM works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations, uphold the brand's standards, and foster a positive environment for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in daily studio operations and represent the Orangetheory brand effectively.
  2. Support and train Fitness Consultants (FCs), including onboarding and ongoing development.
  3. Handle decision-making and responsibilities in the absence of the Studio Manager.
  4. Manage staff terminations and suspensions as directed by the SM.
  5. Ensure class reconciliation and contact log compliance.
  6. Participate in leadership meetings and report regularly on studio performance.
  7. Contribute to setting and monitoring team goals.
  8. Engage in personal development activities, including reading leadership and management books and attending classes at other studios.
  9. Help develop and maintain a positive team culture.
  10. Understand revenue models and focus on building revenue streams.
  11. Identify potential new team members and address staffing needs.

Additional duties include:

  1. Demonstrating leadership and commitment to the brand.
  2. Building strong relationships with members and staff.
  3. Participating in ongoing training and development.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with Orangetheory Fitness as an employee.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
