Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly personal training revenue targets.
2. Conduct fitness assessments with prospective clients.
3. Maintain sales expectations and evaluate training sessions.
4. Create action plans to meet goals.
5. Build member relationships and generate referrals.
6. Ensure a positive environment for staff and members.
7. Welcome new members and ensure they attend their assessments.
8. Provide excellent customer service and motivate clients.
9. Manage staff schedules and recruit/train personal trainers.
10. Participate in management meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or related degree.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in personal training and sales.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Passion for fitness and customer service.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Committed to personal development.

Physical Requirements

• Active role involving talking, hearing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping.
• Travel may be required.
