Join us as a Fitness Manager 1-6438 at YouFit Gyms and lead our personal training program to success. Your responsibilities include driving revenue, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive environment for members and staff. Compensation: We offer competitive packages including base pay, commissions, and bonuses, with opportunities for growth within our organization. This is a full-time hourly position.

Core Job Duties include:

• Meeting monthly personal training revenue targets
• Conducting fitness assessments with prospective clients
• Maintaining sales expectations
• Evaluating training sessions
• Creating and managing action plans
• Building member relationships and cultivating referrals
• Generating additional traffic and sales
• Creating a positive environment for employees, members, and guests
• Welcoming new members and scheduling their assessments
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
• Conducting exit interviews with canceling clients
• Developing comprehensive fitness programs
• Motivating clients to achieve their goals
• Maintaining staff schedules and training hours
• Participating in management meetings
• Recruiting and developing personal training staff
• Demonstrating intermediate computer skills
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements include:

• Minimum age of 18
• Relevant certification or degree (e.g., NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise Science degree)
• CPR/AED certification
• Experience in personal training and sales
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of fitness principles
• Passion for fitness and customer service
• Self-motivated and able to multitask
• Commitment to personal development

Physical Demands involve active roles including talking, hearing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional travel.
