Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in Deerfield, IL. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily fitness operations, managing group exercise and training programs, providing personal training, and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction. Duties include developing and implementing exercise programs, supervising fitness staff, maintaining equipment, and cultivating a welcoming environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Skills in Group Exercise, Group Training, and Personal Training
• Experience in the Fitness Industry, and Exercise Physiology
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Certification in personal training or group exercise is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to motivate and inspire members
