Fitness Manager – EōS Fitness
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales‑driven leader to take on the role of Fitness Manager at EōS Fitness.

Position Purpose
Build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure a healthy client pipeline, and deliver an exceptional fitness experience to members.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets month‑over‑month, driving membership growth and ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals for new personal training agreements, client retention, and overall revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding, driving sales initiatives, and establishing a smooth transition into the club experience.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, including Personal Training Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and Personal Trainers.
- Manage the payroll process for Assistant Fitness Managers and personal trainers to ensure timely payment.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to other department leaders and staff, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure all fitness staff possess appropriate certifications and training such as CPR, First Aid, and personal trainer certifications.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff, using clear and specific language to highlight strengths and areas for improvement.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns, managing membership inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage members in a friendly and approachable manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain certifications, and implement safety protocols.
- Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or unexpected disruptions, providing necessary instructions and updates.
Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus.
- 3‑4 years of customer service experience.
- Personal training sales experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, vendors, and members.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and across functions.
- Strong detail orientation; systematic problem‑solving approach; good time management, organization, and record‑keeping skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills.

Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Must have a valid PT certification.
- Previous sales experience required.
- Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to access and operate the company computer system for document preparation, data entry, and report reading.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
Compensation
Salary Pay Range: $58,656—$100,000 USD.
