Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead group fitness classes (aerobics, strength, yoga, etc.).
  • Provide clear and effective instruction ensuring exercises are performed safely.
  • Develop and implement fitness programs for patients, staff, and community members.
  • Adapt class content based on participants’ needs.
  • Create a positive, motivating class environment to encourage participation.

Free Membership!Responsible for leading and instructing group fitness classes. This role involves designing and delivering engaging fitness programs tailored to the needs of patients, staff, and community members.
