Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston is seeking a part-time Per Diem fitness attendant to oversee the gym floor and assist members as needed. The role includes conducting fitness assessments, designing exercise programs, and ensuring equipment safety.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a national Personal Training Certification, and CPR/AED certification. Experience in fitness or healthcare settings is welcomed, with 0–1 year preferred.

Job Summary

Oversight of the fitness floor and assisting members as needed. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate members' physical capabilities and limitations.

• In-depth knowledge of exercise and fitness assessment protocols.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with members.
