Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous health club or hospitality experience preferred
• Current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or Personal Training Certification course is a plus
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification upon hire
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and superior customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fitness floor and assist members with safe and effective exercise form
• Enforce club policies on the floor
• Maintain daily logs for equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Respond to member concerns, suggestions, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Perform other tasks as assigned
