Qualifications

• Must complete all required Annual Compliance Trainings within 30 days of hire.
• Experience establishing personal relationships with members is preferred.
• Required to lift heavy weights (minimum 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the fitness center while supporting YMCA's mission.
• Encourage member participation in fitness programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of all fitness equipment.
• Handle member inquiries and complaints.
