Jewish Community Center of Louisville is seeking Floor Staff for the Fitness Department. Candidates must be CPR/AED certified, have a strong health and fitness knowledge base, and be able to operate all gym equipment. The role requires lifting up to 45 pounds and excellent communication skills.

Openings include morning and weekend shifts. Interact with members, assist with equipment, and report issues to the Fitness Director while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Formación

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong knowledge of health and fitness.
• Able to operate all fitness equipment.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

• Must be reliable for morning and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with members during floor shifts and assist as needed.
• Clean equipment and report any issues to the Fitness Director.
• Adhere to all Fitness Center rules and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing of the floor shifts.
• Work mornings and weekends as required.
