Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is seeking a fitness floor attendant to ensure member and guest safety on the fitness floor and to provide friendly, proactive assistance. The role includes enforcing policies, responding to incidents, and supporting staff with equipment use and cleaning routines.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, familiarity with cardio and strength equipment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced gym environment. CPR/AED certification is preferred.

• An understanding of cardiovascular and strength equipment.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the fitness floor to ensure the safety of members and guests; enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist members and guests with concerns, questions, and incidents; respond to incidents and follow emergency plans.
• Demonstrate competencies in the emergency action plan.
• Demonstrate safe and effective instruction on all cardiovascular and fitness equipment.
• Assist members with spotting or lifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and perform daily floor cleaning.
