Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Louisville is seeking Floor Staff for the Fitness Department. The ideal candidate is outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a true passion for fitness.

Responsibilities include assisting members on the floor, cleaning equipment, and reporting issues to the Fitness Director. Shifts include mornings and weekends; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with good verbal communication.
• Passion for fitness; able to operate all fitness equipment and lift 45 pounds.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong knowledge of health and fitness; committed to ongoing professional development.
• Familiar with Fitness Center rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members during floor shifts.
• Clean equipment and report issues to the Fitness Director.
• Open and close shifts are available; mornings and weekends required.
• Maintain CPR certification.
