Job summary

Fitness Machine Technicians is seeking a motivated technician to perform repair and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial fitness equipment. You will service client sites, communicate clearly, and maintain high quality customer relations.

We provide comprehensive training through our Certified Fitness Equipment Technician program, empowering you with skills to repair across all equipment types. Advance opportunities and year‑round work await in a growth‑driven company.

Qualifications

• One year of mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
• Experience repairing fitness equipment is a plus; CFET Training Program will prepare you.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use a phone/tablet for schedule access and job reports.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Applicants must pass a background check.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on fitness equipment at customer locations including homes and commercial facilities.
• Identify and report replacement parts needed.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment and perform equipment installations at commercial facilities.
• Complete accurate and thorough customer work order reports using our Field Service Management software.
• Professionally interact with customers to maintain great client relationships and explain repairs and equipment failures.
• Drive from job to job in a branded vehicle.
• Daily local travel.
• Occasionally lift heavy equipment.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
