Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC seeks a Fitness Club Manager to lead the personal training team and drive programming and sales performance in a busy club. You will oversee budgets and ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.

Requires a nationally accredited certification and CPR, plus 1 year of PT experience (management/sales preferred). A BS in health/fitness or business is preferred; you will hire, train and mentor staff to achieve top results.

Qualifications

• Certifications from a nationally accredited body and CPR are required prior to starting.
• Minimum 1 year of personal trainer experience; management/sales experience preferred.
• Preferred B.S. in health and fitness or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness department to meet monthly assessments and session goals.
• Achieve 60%+ of sales through personal production.
• Hire, train and develop staff; supervise personal trainers.
• Ensure facilities are clean, equipment works, and revenue aligns with payroll.
• Maintain required certifications including CPR/AED for all staff.
