Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Williston, VT is seeking enthusiastic coaches to deliver scientifically designed, heart-rate based workouts to groups of up to 45 clients. You’ll inspire, coach proper form and help members achieve their goals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You must hold a current OTF-approved certification (ACSM/ACE/NASM/NCSF/etc.), CPR/AED, and enjoy developing your coaching skills. This full-time role offers advancement opportunities, training, and employee discounts on

Qualifications

• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company (ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, NASM, NCSA, or AFAA).
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate members through demonstrating exercises and proper techniques of pre-defined workouts.
• Clearly demonstrate and explain exercises, ensuring participants understand correct form and technique.
• Managing class dynamics and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand heart-rate-interval training and ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and be prepared to administer basic first aid.
• Consistent member engagement and outreach.
