Qualifications

• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company (ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, NASM, NCSA or AFAA).
• Ability to coach, motivate and manage time in a group setting.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate members through demonstrations and proper techniques of pre-defined workouts.
• Explain exercises clearly and ensure participants understand form to perform safely.
• Manage class flow and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
