Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Nashua, NH seeks dynamic OTF Coaches to lead high-energy, heart-rate based workouts for groups of up to 45 clients.

You will demonstrate correct form, tailor options for all fitness levels, and ensure safety while motivating members to achieve their goals.

Applicants must hold an approved fitness certification (ACSM/ACE/ISSA/NCSF/NASM/NCSA/AFAA) and CPR/AED, with 1+ years of group training.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold an OTF-approved fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, NASM, NCSA or AFAA).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field preferred.
• 1+ years of group or personal training experience in fitness.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely lift/move up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predesigned workouts for groups.
• Demonstrate proper form and techniques; offer options for all fitness levels.
• Manage class dynamics and ensure safety and engagement.
• Explain heart-rate based workouts and ensure client safety.
• Provide consistent member outreach and engagement.
