Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated OTF Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts for groups of up to 45 clients per session. You will coach, manage time, and motivate participants across endurance, strength, and power using the studio's heart-rate training system.

Ideal candidates hold an OTF-approved fitness certification, possess strong communication skills, and have 1+ years of group or personal training experience.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a fitness certification from an OTF-approved education company (ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, NASM, NCSA, or AFAA).
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
• CPR/AED certification.
• 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate members by demonstrating exercises and proper techniques of predefined workouts.
• Clearly demonstrate and explain exercises, ensuring participants understand form and safety.
• Manage class dynamics to foster community and keep participants engaged.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate-interval training.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment; provide basic first aid if needed.
• Engage consistently with members and perform outreach.
