Orangetheory Fitness is hiring elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience for members and guests. The role focuses on high-energy coaching, goal setting, form corrections, and heart-rate based training. You will coach classes and contribute to a supportive studio environment.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
- Current fitness certification from an organization approved by Orangetheory Fitness (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, ISSA).
- Ability to coach and motivate members, correct form, and teach heart-rate based training.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
- Help members set and achieve goals and track progress.
- Ensure correct form and provide timely corrections.
- Understand the science of heart-rate focused training and related workouts.
- Demonstrate safe use of all equipment; be a team player.
