Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts. Earn $30–$45 per session with base pay plus bonuses for certified trainers. There is a direct career track to Head Fitness Coach with pay increases and a flexible schedule to fit your life.

Training and advancement opportunities are provided. Responsibilities include motivating members, guiding workouts, monitoring form, and applying knowledge of heart-rate focused training.

• Must be able to connect with and motivate others.

Orangetheor Fitness is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $30 to $45 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
