Orangetheory Fitness seeks Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, heart-rate monitored workouts at our studio. You will energize members, guide them through goals, and ensure proper form while demonstrating correct technique for all equipment.

Certification is required (NASM/ACE/ISSA or equivalent) or you must obtain one; no degree is needed. We offer paid training, a range of perks including a studio membership, discounts, and a clear path for advancement based on performance

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
