Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

As a coach, you will motivate members, ensure proper form, and help clients achieve personal fitness goals while benefiting from a structured career track, bonuses, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No degree is required.
• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited) or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and receive corrections as needed.
• Be aware of heart-rate focused training programs and how OTF compares to competitors.
• Demonstrate proper usage of all equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $30 to $45 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
