Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness seeks Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, heart-rate tracked workouts in a group setting. Classes run 1 hour and focus on metabolic conditioning through heart-rate zones.

No degree is required; a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or ability to obtain one is required. This role emphasizes motivation, connection with clients, and safe use of gym equipment.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
