Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. No degree is required, and you must hold a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or an equivalent) or be able to obtain one.

You will motivate members, help them achieve goals, and enjoy a path to career advancement. Compensation is per session with base pay plus bonuses, along with benefits and a focus on training with an experienced team.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $30 to $45 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.
