Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking proactive Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts in a group setting. You will motivate members, help them set goals, and ensure proper form while applying heart-rate focused training principles.

The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, access to studio membership discounts, and paid training to develop expertise alongside an experienced team.

Qualifications

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
