Orangetheory Fitness is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts tracked by technology. The role offers per-session compensation with bonuses for certified trainers and a direct career track to Head Fitness Coach with pay increases.

Ideal candidates hold a national fitness certification or are able to obtain one and can genuinely connect with and motivate others. Flexible scheduling and a studio environment are provided.

Qualifications

• No degree is required.
• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Correct form and provide adjustments when needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training and related workouts.
• Demonstrate proper usage of all equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
