Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0324 in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks energetic Fitness Coaches to lead our science-based, coach-driven workouts. You’ll guide members through heart-rate focused sessions and provide coaching for form and motivation.

Formación

• No degree required.
• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain one.

• Ensure members use correct form and receive coaching when needed.
• Understand heart-rate based training and Orangetheory methodologies.
• Demonstrate proper usage of all equipment in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
