Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, and check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and sign up new members with rates and payments.
• Assist Club Manager with drawer counts and account updates.
• Respond to member questions and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and complete daily tasks within the first hour.
• Assist with priority cleaning lists and periodic walk-arounds.
• Support special cleaning projects and other duties as needed.
