Qualifications

• Ability to consistently generate new club memberships through contacting leads and referrals.
• Ability to quickly identify potential member needs and use solution-selling to close sales.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks including club cleanliness.
• Ability to train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
• Ability to manage and coach others.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generate at least 50% of club tours via referrals, marketing, and community outreach to hit enrollment goals.
• Convert at least 70% of inbound inquiries to appointments for tours.
• Enroll at least 80% of touring prospects.
• Schedule at least 60% of new members for a complimentary Success Session with Fitness staff.
• Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software.
