Planet Fitness in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Associate. You will welcome members, handle inquiries, process payments, and promote memberships in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience, with a willingness to work a flexible rotating schedule, including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 18 years or older; High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Flexible rotating schedule and ability to work mornings/evenings/weekends as club needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide courteous telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments and provide receipts and change as needed.
• Promote products and promotions to increase revenue and membership awareness.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures in a precise, customer-friendly manner.
