Job summary

Planet Fitness Toledo is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead club operations, ensure a superior member experience, and drive teamwork toward operational excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to manage staff and deliver top-notch service to members and guests.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of management experience; a relevant associate degree or equivalent is preferred. This full-time role offers stability, benefits, and a path for growth within a dynamic fitness brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience required.
• Fitness, retail or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Club’s operation in partnership with the General Manager.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve productivity and service goals.
• Ensure work shifts contribute to the financial best interests of the Club.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training to keep the club fully staffed.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and respond to member inquiries promptly.
