Congressional Country Club is seeking a Part Time Fitness Center Member Services Desk Attendant to welcome Members and guests, assist with reservations, and support fitness programming. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate scheduling, and maintaining a warm, organized fitness environment.

The position offers evening and weekend hours, opportunities to assist with classes in the absence of a Personal Trainer, and benefits aligned with part-time staff commitments.

Formación

• Passion for fitness and member engagement.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or hospitality experience.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher).
• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Members and guests warmly and deliver exceptional service.
• Be the resource for Fitness Center programs, reservations, and events.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the facility.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally (within three rings).
• Create accurate reservations for personal training, Pilates, and special events.
• Address Members by name and guide them to the right areas.
• Support Fitness and Youth Fitness programming as an extension of the department.
• Assist with marketing and promoting Club events via calls, signage, and mailings.
• Maintain clear, updated fitness center communications and postings.
• Re-rack free weights (up to 45 lbs) and help maintain a safe, organized space.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including holidays.
• Weekdays 11:00 AM-8:00 PM and weekends 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
