Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Fitness Attendant to oversee the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will set up and maintain equipment, greet guests, guide usage, and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular meetings to review duties and performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clean all fitness equipment and facility areas.
• Greet guests, explain programs and activities, and provide guidance on equipment usage.
• Report and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations in a tactful manner.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
