Responsibilities

• Ensure fitness center rules, regulations, and safety practices are properly enforced
• Maintain security and accountability of equipment and property
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
• Keep accurate records of event and facility attendance for programs
• Handle phone inquiries, greet visitors, and provide information as needed
• Assist with special events within the department
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness center environment
• Availability to work any shifts, including early mornings to late evenings
• Willingness to work on holidays
