Responsibilities

• Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement and fostering a collaborative selling environment.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench strength for the store.
• Manages daily operating standards including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.
• Ensures omni‑channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
