Job summary

Free People Murray is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to lead store merchandising, styling, and customer experiences. You will partner with leadership to create engaging displays, train team members, and support events and partnerships that resonate with the local fitness and wellness community.

The role focuses on in-store visuals, brand standards, and seamless omni-channel engagement, with a strong emphasis on customer service and team development to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support selling, service and store operations with focus on merchandising and display to create an inspiring visual environment.
• Train the team on store processes, merchandise placement and standards to drive metrics.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, onboarding and retaining talent to build bench for the store.
• Foster a collaborative selling environment and ensure timely, accurate execution of shipments, restocking and product placement.
• Maintain omni-channel shopping experience by understanding MPOS, POS and FP App and ensuring order accuracy.
